Stop Searching!! If you are trying to find the above and beyond agent, you found him. I had the pleasure of working with a client of Charles's on a purchase transaction. Along with negotiating several items for his buyer, Charles came through when the deal had a big bump due to a roof repair. Long stary short the condo building was undergoing a roof repair that made in unfinanceable until the repair was complete. Normally that is where the buyers and seller shake hands and part ways. Not for Charles. He was able to negotiate with the sellers to put together a seller financed contract that was a win win for both parties.
